The __PageViewCountPlugin__ is a [NeWikiPlugin] that counts the number of times the current page has been shown.

* write the list out in sorted order
* write it into the Wiki directory so users can see the page
* allow for a count parameter to be able to set the count
* only do counting when the context is "list" or "find" or "prefs"
